Hours
- Full time position – 40 hours a week (Monday to Friday)
- Potential extra hours or on the weekends for specific period (fashion week & financial conference)
Team
- 1 Administrative officer
- 1 International sales manager (based in Paris)
- 1 Local business development manager
- 1 Part time international business development manager
- 2 to 3 senior travel consultants (including a supervisor)
Purpose
The role of the senior travel consultant is to manage on a day-to-day basis travel request
Negotiate and apply contract with vendors
It is also to be accountable for customer satisfaction corporate travel application
KPI & statistics supply
Also accountable for suppliers and contractual negotiations and contracts management.
Principal Accountabilities
- Providing a helpdesk basic support for our online booking tool
- To negotiate with vendors adhoc deals(mainly airlines, hotels & vendors)
- To negotiate with vendors year agreement (mainly airlines, car rental & hotels)
- Managing the client relationship
- To implement and manage contracts with all third-party suppliers;
- Managing GDS contracts
- To manage on day to day basis the travel requests from our local or global accounts
- Obtaining new accounts from existing ones (entitled to commissions)
- Supporting outside hours desk from Paris office
Pre-requisites
Experience
- Extensive experience in corporate travel (TMC, Corporate OTA or Corporate agency, supplier negotiation process and complex supply chain management, with a proven track record of managing high value contracts (7 years minimum)
- Strong relationship with vendors in order to negotiate (air, hotel, car rental)
- Managing ARC administration and ticketing prodedures (refund-payment-consolidation)
- Being eligible for ARC ability
Training background
- Sabre knowledge (booking & net fare ticketing, administrative related)
- Customer management

- Fluency in English and French & other languages is an asset
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, particularly in English

Salary
- 70-90K$ /year according to experience
